Follow Up Demos

We recently assisted a client with facilitation of full day scripted software demos. After the demos were complete, we identified some follow up items and scheduled a 1-hour web demo with the finalist 2 vendors using a business case scenario for an important area of functionality. This follow-up demo helped focus the team on a functional differentiator for the software solutions and was a key component in the decision making process.

Scripted software demos are important in the selection process, but there is a lot of information to process in a short amount of time. Follow up demos using business case scenarios are a great way to focus on the areas of functionality that are most important to you, so you can compare the solutions and make the right decision for your organization.
