This City has a population of approximately 120,000 with 1,100 employees, and services that include Police, Fire, Public Works, Parks/Recreation, and Utilities.
The City had selected an ERP solution a few years prior to engaging SoftResources, and at the time was around three years into its ERP implementation. Only around 75% of the modules had been implemented, and the project had stalled. This City turned to SoftResources to help determine why the project had partially failed, and what it would take to get the new ERP solution fully implemented.
